201年份 版規 v1.1 增訂 for trolls

So we need to improve the rules for the forum. It’s ridiculous that you can not warn a troll just because you didn’t have a corresponding rules. I didn’t even fine him or sentence him, and I got a yellow card!

Such a waste of time for managing a forum when what you did is to keep the benefits for righteous people and fair disscusion space. No one is banned for talking anything, yet such scenario is just a sign that ptt is going dwindling these years --- too many trolls that wasting the precious volunteering man power.

SO, instead of further wasting my life, I will now fix the wrong of the management.

一次水桶30天，多次水桶半年

“不受歡迎使用者”條款，

eg. 經板主群共同檢視確認為”不受歡迎使用者”後，檢舉即成立。，並處以永久水桶。

一、本板主題為網頁瀏覽器與網頁標準。凡與主題關連之內容，均可發表。

二、本板發表(Ctrl+P)、回覆(r)、推文(X)之禁止事項與罰則：

三、違反站規或使用者條款，且本板未規範罰則者，板主得依其情狀，
另作成刪除或鎖定文章、劣文退回、禁言90日以下之處分。

四、減輕及加重罰則：
違反規定情節輕微者，板主得先行勸導，或僅處以罰則中之一部分。
違反規定多次者 (以發表、編輯、推文之次數計)，
板主得至多加重罰則 1/2。
例: 在3篇文章底下推文附上騙點閱的內容農場網址 (不當得利)
則禁言日數至多可達 (90*3)*1.5 = 405

五、行為有無違規，及違規者得否減輕或加重罰則等裁量標準，
由板主依事實證據與經驗法則，自由心證認定之。

六、受不利處分之救濟方式：
不服處分者，請寫信向作成處分之板主申訴。
如板主未於5日內回覆，或經板主回覆後仍不服者，
請至 Sub_DigiWare 板向小組長申訴。
